Media Matters quotes David Brooks from the February 17 edition of the NBC-syndicated Chris Matthews Show, in answer to Chris Matthews implication that Obama’s winning edge is his oratorical ability, as follows, “….he’s got to get away from colleges. Go visit a factory for once.” Well, as Media Matters points out, he did visit a factory in Janesville, Wisconsin, just four days before Brooks made that statement.
