One does wonder whether it's worth it to vote or make any difference. The problem is it gets harder and harder to get at the truth. We've got a case of information overload with the media, and so much propaganda coming from all directions. One could almost say that the very nature of truth has been corrupted in America. We have fascists like Karl Rove and Newt Gingrich running around free. They are very dangerous. Then we have media fascists like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Bill O'Reilly. I'd better stop now before I get myself into a frenzied tizzy and cause my blood pressure to shoot over 200! :roll: :mrgreen: Naw, my BP has never been that high! :lol: But thanks for your comment, Dragonstar! Eventually it all boils down to shouting and publicity, and very few people actually get the person they want. But we must keep voting, if only to prove to ourselves that we tried.
