Several years ago I fiddled around with Haiku and here’s a couple I saved. First, here’s a good one about Black Flies, maybe how to outwit them?
Black flies swarm around,
tip your cap into the sun,
hot light blots out black.
And here’s a funny one about sucking the earth dry:
Leaves grow inch a day,
sucking water from the ground
until earth is dry.
I can’t believe I wrote that. Pretty sure I did though.
