Daylight Savings Time Is Here

Two or three weeks early for the DST. Is this supposed to increase production? In my case, I went to bed at my usual time, 11pm, and got up at my usual time, 6am. I don’t care what time zone we’re in, I’m always the same, a constant of nature. You can’t teach an old guy new tricks!

I read an article in the latest AARP magazine on how to sleep better. It says to go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time every day and don’t take any cat naps during the day. So I’m going to try that now. I’ve done it for about three days now and I think I feel better if not sleep better, yet. (Not yet! When does the fat lady sing?) At least it keeps me from worrying about going to bed because I know when now. No changes! Always the same! Good.

Hey, that’s OK, zgirl. I’ve been “the old guy” for as long as I can remember. Don’t be sorry. I’m pushin eighty!

But it looks like you’re giving a thumbs up to this new “face” for this blog. Are the votes all in?
